How to Use 

Drench a cotton pad with the formula and gently swipe it across your face, eyes, lips, and neck to remove makeup and cleanse. Rinsing is not necessary. Caution: Avoid contact with eyes; if the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
